Anytime I go on a health kick or “healthy eating plan,” I do great Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and about 50% of Friday. But then… Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday happen.
Even with this massive pull up goal in mind, I still screwed up A LOT over the weekend. We were at a beautiful wedding on Saturday night. I told my husband in the car “I’m not going to eat any cake. I have to keep my goal in mind.” But then the cake was made with butter cream, so I had my piece…and half of Rocky’s too.
I suppose this happens because on the weekend I am out of my routine. Everything is up in the air, and it is super hard to stick to those healthy meals. Anyway, something I can work on I guess!
