Some of my favorite snacks/meals

I have started eating new snacks and meals, as a way to get more protein.  One of my favorite snacks is a tuna pack (they make these with flavors now.  My favorite is the “sweet and spicy” flavor.  I add a side of fruit and veggies.


Another thing I do weekly is prepare a veggie tray that I (and my family) can snack on throughout the week. (I also do this with fruits)  Here’s last week’s Veggies:


Another favorite snack of mine is a banana and peanut butter wrap.  I spread organic (no sugar added) peanut butter on a whole wheat tortilla, and add a banana, and just roll it up.
