I’m fairly certain I was born with a strange disorder where I’m never thirsty, so therefore do not consume NEARLY enough water. Of course I’m exaggerating a little, but I rarely feel thirsty, and could easily go an entire day without a drop of water and not think twice.
This is a problem for me. I have tried so many strategies and tips I read or heard about. But it’s October now, and I live in MN. That means hot tea is my jam…at least for the next 6 months. I can sip hot tea like it’s my full-time job.
Last week I bought a tin of tea from Teavana, and it’s almost gone already. I drink about 30-50 oz. of just tea every day. The best part is there are so many herbal flavors, brands, and kinds out there. It doesn’t get boring, and helps you stay hydrated.
I definitely like lots of kinds, but I really love the two above. Both are actually my last two purchased, and I recommend both 🙂
