Last time I wrote about how my progress has been up and down. My strength doesn’t go up consistently each day. Perhaps a reason for that fluctuation in my progress is a result of my inability to stay perfect.
My healthy eating goes up and down. My workout intensity goes up and down. No one can stay the course perfectly. It isn’t realistic.
Yesterday and part of today were some of those times where I fell short on the healthy eating. Here’s what I mean:
I’m learning that the expectation to be perfect will squash my goals quickly. So, instead I’m trying super hard to not quit because I mess up, but rather try to be better the next day.
