I love Christmas! I love the bright colored green and red cookies, candies, and candy canes galore. I love the chocolatey, sprinkly, minty treats. But, I also have some health goals, so I have to keep myself in line. Today I made a christmas-colored Salad:
While it’s definitely not rich, creamy, or decadent, it does make me happy to eat in a healthy-festive way! And, I don’t have to deal with the guilt afterward 🙂
