Putting Photography Back on the Shelf

I hit a pretty hard wall with my photography.  For no particular reason, I stopped taking classes over summer.  What I thought was going to be the summer of photography practice turned into the summer of no progress what so ever.

And now our baby girl comes next Friday, and I have no idea where my camera is (still).  It’s disheartening, giving up on a goal.  But I’m thinking of it as putting it on the shelf for a bit, rather than quitting.  Only time will tell if it’s a goal I quit on, or put on pause.  Things are bound to get crazy again with a newborn and a toddler.  Once we are adjusted and into a routine, I may take some more photography classes again.
